Each item is inspected 4 times before shipping to ensure the best quality standards and on WhatsApp you will receive detailed photos and videos before shipping.

1. Shipping:

Preparation and delivery times are 10-15 working days.
Shipping is handled by DHL and you will receive the tracking number directly on whatsapp 48/96 hours after order confirmation.

[IMPORTANT]: during the holiday season the couriers are busy, 20% of our packages have been delayed creating dissatisfaction in some customers, shipping can take up to 20 working days.
It is not our responsibility, but we apologize for the inconvenience.

2. Payments:

You can pay with paypal card or by bank transfer

Add the product to the cart, proceed to checkout, complete the shipping data and choose how to pay. Once completed, follow the instructions you will receive in the email and after checkout to complete the order and stay updated with the help of our assistant on whatsapp.

3. Return and Exchange

Return and exchange are available. The customer has 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
