1. Shipping:

Preparation and delivery times are 10-15 working days.
Shipping is handled by DHL and you will receive the tracking number directly on whatsapp 48/96 hours after order confirmation.

2. Payments:

You can pay with paypal card or by bank transfer

3. Return and Exchange

Return and exchange are available. The customer has 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
